Mvundlela & Associates Attorneys Inc was founded on 06 June 2004 by Mr Mabhuti Nkosana Francois Mvundlela as Mvundlela & Associates Attorneys, before being incorporated in 2020. He is an admitted attorney with the right to appear in the High Court of South Africa.

The Firm is 100% black owned with offices in Polokwane and Thohoyandou. The firm consists of one (1) director, one (1) Senior Associate Attorney, three (3) Professional Assistants, five (5) Candidate Attorneys, one (1) Office Manager, Three Admin Clerks/Secretaries, one (1) Receptionist, two (2) Drivers/messengers, one (1) IT officer and 0ne (1) Bookkeeper; all from previously disadvantaged background.

We, at Mvundlela & Associates Attorneys Inc, believe in fighting for what is just and right in the eyes of the law and through our vast experience and a dynamic and well experienced team, there’s no case or matter that is too complex for us to tackle to the best of our ability.

Our Firm also uses the consultancy services with the expertise of Advocates in maximising our expertise to benefit clients.

In the light of the Firm’s Director/Lead Attorney’s qualifications and experience amassed over the years, as well as those of the staff compliment, the firm is in a position to provide service in the following avenues of legal services as detailed below under “Our Services”.
